These must be agreed upon before any purchases can be made. 

WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY THAT THE BUYER, YOU, HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOU MEET THE AFFIRMATIVE DUTY OF READING THE FOLLOWING WAIVER AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. YOU, THE BUYER, IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE HEREBY AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED.

All customers MUST be at least 18 years of age to purchase our research products/materials. Under no circumstances shall alchemi.store or any associated affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In direct consideration of approving the sale of any product to the purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold alchemi.store or any associated affiliates harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s handling, possession, and/or use of the product whether used alone or in combination with any other substance. Any sale will otherwise be denied.

Any peptides on our website are sold for research and laboratory use. The products should not be used in form of cosmetic, food additive, chemical, drugs, or other applications not classified in this document. The listing of a material on this site does not constitute a license to its use in infringement of any patent. All customers represent and warrant that through their own review and study that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the following: Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to all products. The health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products they purchase. The necessity of adequately warning of the health and safety hazards associated with any products. The company holds its right to cancel any purchase done if there is any proof or the company sees that you are buying for use other than it is sold for. 

Alchemi.store’s  products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to vitro diagnostic purpose, in food drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by alchemi.store for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.

The purchaser expressly represents and warrants toalchemi.store that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from alchemi.store and/or materials produced with products purchased fromalchemi.store in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce. The purchaser realizes that, since alchemi.store’s products are, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from alchemi.store are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

Purchaser has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from alchemi.store No products purchased from alchemi.store shall be considered to be foods, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics. ALL products and services offered are for RESEARCH purposes ONLY. Under NO circumstances shall/should ANY of these materials be used for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. alchemi.store are NOT liable for ANY damages that may be caused by negligence, abuse, or ANY other unforeseen matter.The materials for sale are intended for laboratory and manufacturing use only. They are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetic, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. YOU MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 21 YEARS OF AGE. The listing of a material in this catalogue does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for, its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.

In purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their use. Customer represents and warrants to us that from customer’s own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about

1. the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased;
2. Industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards;
3. The need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products; and
4. Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such products. We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to unqualified customers.

 In no event shall alchemi.store be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, strict liability or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of products to purchaser, which sales we would not otherwise make, purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold alchemi.store harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchasers handling and/or use of purchased product.

Articles and video provided on website is used as a comprehensive information only. None of our peptides are sold for Beauty purposes.

By purchasing from Alchemi you agree that you are purchasing Research Chemicals.

*Research chemicals are chemical substances used by scientists for medical and scientific research purposes. One characteristic of a research chemical is that it is for laboratory research use only; a research chemical is not intended for human or veterinary use. This distinction is required on the labels of research chemicals and is what exempts them from regulation under parts 100-740 in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21CFR).

The products under alchemi.store are used primarily for laboratory research purposes. Some of inappropriate use are, but not limited to the following:

• Oral consumption
• Human or animal injections
• Drugs and foods
• Animal or human cosmetic
• Animal or human consumption
• Commercial
• Any use against the local laws

None of our products is approved by any athletic commission and should not be taken by anyone who competes professionally. Only take products approved by your athletic commission. We are not responsible for any wrong-doing.

The company does not cover any assurance or certification that these products are legal for research all over the world.

The company does not verify that any product sold will be in compliance of the laws and regulations of the country laws.
In consenting and reading this Disclaimer, the buyer outside the supplier’s country of origin have asserted to the Supplier that the buyer already reviewed the laws and regulations that confirm of the products purchased to comply with the country of the purchaser.
All responsibilities and liabilities will be shouldered by the Buyer in contacting the custom’s agency and local post office in reference to the shipment receipt.
The Buyer has expressly waived the responsibility or liability of the Supplier in terms of importation or custom issues. The issues and liabilities are reserved for the Buyer.

Within 7 business days from the delivery date, you may request to return your order as long as the package is unopened and in a sealable condition (Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs ONLY).

The customer will pay the return shipping fee.

A return tracking number is required and once confirmed as received at the warehouse, our team will check the returned products. Once done, the refund will be processed, and we will notify you accordingly.

If you don’t have confidence in us yet, we advise you to make a small order first to see if you’re happy with our products and services. You can also check out our reviews. We are confident that you’ll be satisfied as almost all of our customers are repeat customers.

If you wish to cancel your order because you change your mind, we can do so but please be guided that it is subject to a 25usd processing fee. Just send us an email ASAP at alchemi@alchemi.store. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.Please make sure to contact us by sending an email to alchemi@alchemi.store ASAP. Otherwise, we will no longer be able to correct or stop a shipment once it’s endorsed for shipping.

ALERT: If you encounter a ” Pre-shipment ” status of your package for more than a week, please be guided that packages are not being scanned right away upon pick up or drop off. Most of them are scanned once it arrives at the local post office. Rest assured that your package is moving in transit as expected. Kindly note that once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it is totally out of our control.

We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow what is indicated on the order form. We can only offer a one-time 30% discount that you can use on any future transaction.

If your order was tagged as Returned to Sender by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we won’t be able to offer a Reshipment or Refund. Returned shipments don’t get back to us. It is your responsibility to double-check the information on your order form.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

You can have the product you bought from us tested at any HPLC licensed testing facility and if the results are negative, we will refund the following:

• HPLC Test
• Total amount of the order + shipping.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

alchemi.store reserves the right to ban an Affiliate from the program and to terminate the Affiliate account without prior notice should you fail to follow the rules of the program.

We also reserve the right to withhold any pending commission in relation to the violation of the said rules and the right to seek the return of any payment made for commissions you have earned up until the termination of your account (irrespective of when we found out about the violation of the rules). In addition, in case we terminate an Affiliate for cause, you (and your business) are not entitled to register again in our Affiliate Program (either for the same website or for any other website you own, use or control).

Keywords that include our brand name “Alchemi” are not allowed. If the majority of your traffic comes from brand keywords you will not be paid.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program at any time at our sole discretion.

Discount code websites are NOT allowed.

Own orders don’t count towards commissions.

Targeting keywords on PPC or SEO that include our brand “Alchemi” is not allowed. If you break this rule your commissions will not be paid
